Encuentros (meetings) are biweekly events in partnership with the Pomona Economic Opportunity Center (PEOC) which invites local day laborers from the PEOC to Pitzer’s campus for. Each meeting students and the day laborers discuss a new topic relevant to social responsibility and/or the day laborer community over a meal.
