Connie Helland
Academic Coach

Congratulations on finishing your coursework in this really trying semester! With finals this week you are bound to feel more stress, so I want to encourage you to take care of yourself. There are lots of great resources on our Mental Health and Wellness and Strive to Thrive links on the Pitzer website. Pitzer’s revised grading policy was designed to relieve some of the pressure of performing at the same level academically that you might have been able to do in a normal semester. I am available to meet for academic coaching throughout finals week if you would like some support and direction in how to study. You can contact me at [email protected].
