Pitzer Student Basha Brulee-Wills ’17 Named First-Team All-SCIAC
Claremont, Calif. (March 5, 2015)—Pitzer College sophomore Basha Brulee-Wills ’17, who plays forward on the Sagehens Women’s Basketball team, was named first-team All-SCIAC in a vote of the league’s coaches. (February 16, 2015) –This week in Sagehens Athletics saw both the Men’s Basketball and Women’s Basketball teams sweep two SCIAC games, while the Baseball team started out 3-0 in SCIAC with a three-game sweep of CMS. Pitzer Student Stephen Vint ’15 Earns Second-Team All-America Honors
Claremont, Calif. (February 3, 2015)—Senior lefty Stephen Vint ’15 was named a second-team Division III All-American by the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches, it was announced today. Pitzer Student Cayla Nishizaki ’17 Named SCIAC Female Athlete of the Week
Claremont, Calif. (January 13, 2015)— SCIAC names Pitzer College student Cayla Nishizaki ’17 Female Athlete of the Week. Nishizaki swims freestyle and butterfly for the Sagehen Women’s Swimming and Diving team. This week in Sagehens Athletics saw a new school record fall in the last event before the winter break. Dawn Barlow ’16 competed with the Sagehen Swimming and Diving teams at the 2014 Collegiate Winter Invitational in Commerce, CA, and broke the team’s 1-meter diving record, which had stood since 1999. Barlow accumulated 388.0 points
