FRIDAY, MAY 3
9 a.m.–3 p.m. Girls Fly! Pitzer Second Annual Inter-Generational Global Women’s Leadership Conference
10 a.m. Campus Tour with Office of Admission
Meet at the Admission’s Office for a one hour walking tour of Pitzer. Additional tours will be given at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
11:45 a.m.–1 p.m. Religious Service: Lunch & Jummu’ah (Islamic Friday Prayer)
Lunch before the service begins at 11:45 a.m.,Jummu’ah begins at 12:30 p.m., both are located in the McAlister Center, 919 North Columbia Avenue, Claremont.
Noon–5 p.m. Registration and Pitzer Store Open
Welcome back! Pick up your registration materials and enjoy light refreshments.
Noon–5 p.m. Pool open 
Join members of the Pitzer community at the Gold Student Center Pool for a heaping helping of vitamin D.
1:30–6:30 p.m. CEC and CASA 20th Anniversary Celebration
The Community Engagement Center and CASA Ontario have put together an afternoon of dedication and celebration for current and past students, community partners, faculty and the CEC and CASA staff. You can look forward to an Opening Ceremony, followed by Alumni Panel: From Pitzer to the Public Sector, Community Cinema: Screening of Student Films, and a Community Celebration Reception. The QRC is located on Pomona’s campus, 395 East 6th Street, Claremont.
3:30–5 p.m. Pomona-Pitzer Alumni & Student-Athlete Reception at Pitzer
Chirp! Pitzer and Pomona alumni athletes are invited to meet with current student-athletes to share stories about how athletic participation enhanced their lives after college. Hosted by Director of Pomona-Pitzer Athletics Lesley Irvine.
5–6:30 p.m. Scripps College 3C Wine Tasting
Cheers! Enjoy rollicking reds and whimsical whites while mingling with fellow alumni from Scripps and Harvey Mudd. Be sure to try the delicious Meadowcroft Wine from Pitzer Parent Tom Meadowcroft P’20—a crowd favorite!
5–6:30 p.m. Fulbright Reception at Nigel Boyle’s home
Pitzer is a national leader in Fulbright awards! Fulbright alumni are invited to meet the newest winners and raise a glass to the 200+ Pitzer Fulbright alumni.

Classmates and their families are welcome to attend this casual and informal dinner to reconnect before the weekend kicks-off.

Celebrate the first evening of Alumni Weekend with music that will make your feet move and tacos that will make your belly happy. Members of the senior Class of 2019 will be invited to share in the fun.

9:30 a.m. Rise and Shine: Meditation and Yoga
Good morning, world! Start your day with some mindful stretching. Limited mats available.
10 a.m.–Noon The Leadership in Environmental Education Partnership (LEEP) Open House
LEEP is Pitzer’s longest running community partnership: for the past 25 years it has provided students the opportunity to teach elementary school children about ecology and environmental concerns in our community. At the open house, guests are invited to self-tour the Bernard Field Station (BFS), to interact with college students involved in LEEP, and to experience LEEP activities and projects. Many of the elementary school kids will be bringing their families, and the mentor teachers will be on hand to chat with visitors. The BFS is located at 1400 North Amherst Avenue, Claremont.
11 a.m.–1 p.m. Brunch on campus
Like being back in college, without the finals! Have fun reminiscing over a delicious brunch spread while enjoying refreshing mimosas.
11 a.m.–6 p.m. Pitzer’s Latinx Student Union (LSU) 12th Annual Rockabilly Festival
A Pitzer tradition! The festival features a car exhibition, food trucks, arts and crafts, vendors, and, of course, live music with musicians that encompass the diverse identities of the Latinx community.
12:30–2 p.m. InterVarsity Christian Fellowship at the Claremont Colleges Luncheon (5CIV)

2–5 p.m. Lounge on the Lawn with Reunion Class Activities
You are back in SoCal, so have some fun in the sun! Socialize with friends in the great outdoors while enjoying a variety of activities sponsored by reunion classes. We’ll have some snacks and yearbooks on display for your viewing pleasure.
2–3:30 p.m. Alumni of Color Reception
Celebrate with the Alumni Board’s Diversity and Inclusion Pillar while reuniting with friends, establishing new relationships, and reconnecting with mentors, colleagues, and allies. Refreshments will be served.
3–4 p.m. Memorial Celebration for Stu McConnell

3:30–5 p.m. Beer and Wine Tasting & Class Photos
Cheers! Alumni Brewmasters are back to tantalize the taste buds and oblige the olfactory senses with this year’s batch of exquisite craft brews. For those who’d prefer a smooth red or cool white, wine will be available, as well. Gather with your classmates and say “cheese” to update those class photos. We will also be joined by the seniors in the Class of 2019!
5:15–6 p.m. Alumni & Student Awards in Benson Auditorium
Our Pitzer community is changing the world! Join President Melvin L. Oliver and Suzanne Oliver as we honor our Distinguished Alumna Award honoree, Young Alumni Achievement Award honoree, Athletic Hall of Fame inductee, and student award winners.
5:30–7:30 p.m. Community Celebration Dinner
Enjoy dinner in the McConnell Center Dining Hall with live music, open wine and beer bar, and a special toast for those celebrating a milestone reunion. Pitzer students and faculty are invited to join us for this fantastic evening.
7:30 p.m. Pitzer-Pomona After Party (NEW)
Move to the groove at this one night only event, the official Alumni Weekend after party! We’ve partnered with Pomona to bring our alumni (and Pitzer students!) a spot to hang out or dance under the stars while sipping on something special. You won’t want to miss this.
7–9 p.m. QRC Evening Mixer
Alcohol for 21+. This event is held at the Skyspace Cube located on Pomona’s campus, 600 North College Way, Claremont.
SUNDAY, MAY 5  
9–10 a.m. Open Alumni Board Meeting
Pitzer’s Alumni Board invites all alumni to attend this open meeting chaired by Alumni Board President and Pitzer Trustee Tim Campos ’10. The board will adjourn to closed session beginning at 10 a.m. The breakfast buffet will open for meeting attendees at 8:30 a.m.
10:30–Noon Farewell Mariachi Brunch at Scripps
Join your friends from Scripps at a traditional Mexican brunch with an all-female mariachi band. Tickets are $20 cash, payable at the event.
11 a.m. Catholic Mass
Mass will be held in the McAlister Center, 919 North Columbia Avenue, Claremont.
11 a.m.–1 p.m. Black Alumni-Student Open House
Come to the Office of Black Student Affairs Bungalow to tour the space and connect with fellow alumni and students. 139 East Seventh Street, Claremont.
