Pitzer College Alumna and Board Member Ranks in Top 100 of The Hollywood Reporter’s Most Powerful Women in Entertainment

Claremont, Calif. (December 13, 2010) — Bridget Baker ’82, president of TV network distribution for NBC Universal, was included in The Hollywood Reporter‘s Most Powerful Women in Entertainment.

As NBC’s first president of TV Network Distribution, Baker oversees the North American distribution of NBC Universal’s content across the cable, satellite and telecommunications industry.

At Pitzer, Baker majored in political studies and later attended George Washington University and Exeter College, Oxford for postgraduate study in politics and business. Her first position after college was as an aide to US Senator Ted Stevens (R-AK).

In 2010, she was named Pitzer College’s 2010 Distinguished Alumni and has served on the board of trustees since 2003.
