Claremont, Calif. (November 2, 2010) — Rob Smith’91 has authored a new book entitled The Gravedigger published by University of New Orleans Press. Smith majored in philosophy and psychology while at Pitzer.
The Gravedigger, which won the Gold Medal for Novel in the Pirate’s Alley Faulkner-Wisdom Competition, is Smith’s debut novel. He is the 2009-10 David Higham Scholar at the University of East Anglia Creative Writing Program in Norwich, England. His debut novel
