Movie Premiere to Benefit Pitzer College’s African-American Scholarship Fund

Paramount Pictures Presents “The Fighting Temptations” Movie Premiere September 17

Claremont, Calif. (August 11, 2003) — Through the generosity of Paramount Pictures, proceeds from the movie premiere of “The Fighting Temptations” will support Pitzer College’s African-American scholarship fund. “The Fighting Temptations” starring Academy Award® winner Cuba Gooding, Jr. and Grammy winner Beyonce Knowles, not to mention a veritable Who’s Who of Gospel, R & B and Hip-Hop singers, is a rousing, music-driven ensemble comedy and non-stop entertainment for audiences of all generations.

The September 17th premiere will be held at the historic Grauman’s Chinese Theater in Hollywood. Guests are asked to arrive at 7:30 p.m. “The Fighting Temptations” will be released in theaters on September 19.
