Bryan Mu ’97 Appointed Style Network’s Vice President of Program and Primary Research

Claremont, Calif. (September 14, 2011) – Pitzer College alumnus Bryan Mu ’97 was appointed the new vice president of program and primary research for The Style Network.

In this role, Mu will identify and maximize opportunities to increase its audience share and to remain competitively positioned in the television and new media landscape. Additionally, he will focus on program and primary research– utilizing a range of quantitative and qualitative research methods to sensitize trends and insights.

Mu is a 15 year veteran of broadcast and cable research, most recently served as the vice president, cable research for Sony Pictures Television. He also worked for Fox Broadcasting Company, Fox Family Worldwide and KNBC.

The Style Network is the destination for women 18-49 with a passion for the best in relatable, inspiring and transformational lifestyle programming. Style currently counts nearly 75 million cable and satellite subscribers and is one of the fastest growing women’s networks in the US.

Mu majored in sociology at Pitzer College.
