This plan was designed at lightening speed during a struggle to save land associated with California’s Prop 70–which was supposed to have designated land in South Ontario for agriculture in perpetuity–which is now threatened by development. Agrihoods and closed-loop, net-zero communities are of growing importance globally and a potential new direction for the Inland Empire.
