PITZER COLLEGE PACKAGES 100 PERCENT OF A STUDENT’S DEMONSTRATED NEED FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE THROUGH A VARIETY OF FEDERAL, STATE AND INSTITUTIONAL FINANCIAL AID SOURCES.

TYPES OF NEED-BASED AID

  • Federal, State and Pitzer Grants: no repayment required
  • Federal Loan Programs: repayment required
  • Federal Work-Study: funds you earn

APPLY FOR NEED-BASED AID

  • Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to determine your Estimated Family Contribution.
  • The CSS Profile must be completed to be considered for Pitzer-funded need-based scholarships and loans.
  • Upload copies of 2022 tax documents to IDOC to verify your income information.

SCHOLARSHIPS

Pitzer Undocumented Student Scholarship

UNDOCUMENTED STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP

This four-year scholarship is awarded to students who attend high school in the United States, are not citizens or permanent residents of the United States, have achieved a 3.7 GPA or above in a challenging curriculum and embody at least one of Pitzer’s Core Values.

Pitzer Trustee Community Scholarship

TRUSTEE COMMUNITY SCHOLARSHIP

A renewable $5,000 a year scholarship for which all first-year admitted students who meet certain academic qualifications are considered.

Pitzer College Academic Achievement Scholarship

ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT SCHOLARSHIP

A one-time $2,000 scholarship for which all first-year admitted students who meet certain academic qualifications are considered.
