Previously known as Resident Assistants (RAs) our now Community Assistants (CA’s) facilitated community engagement, and provided support and resources in a class-based model through the co-curriculum within the Pitzer College community. Our CA’s stepped up this year by jumping into a new role for a completely virtual academic year. They have worked hard to keep our community engaged and informed all while balancing their own needs during this pandemic and virtual environment. Our CA’s provided creative and informative asynchronous and synchronous programming to be able to reach all students. We are extremely proud and appreciate all of the hard work and dedication or CA’s have put into the year. ResLife would have not be the same without them and the energy they bring to the team.
