MAKING AN APPOINTMENT with a Study Abroad Adviser or International Student Adviser

To meet with a study abroad adviser, please check the calendar links below. Some advisers may offer Zoom or in-person appointments. Advisers may also offer different times on different days, so we encourage you to check more than one calendar.

Office Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. except holidays.
Summer hours: mid-May through mid-August we close at 4:30 p.m.

Emergency
In an emergency at home or abroad when our office is closed, call Campus Safety at 909.607.2000 or 909.621.8170 for assistance in contacting a staff member.

Students: In the event of an emergency while abroad, contact your local program director or other support staff. They are in the best position to provide immediate local assistance in a crisis.
