Service Description:
This service is limited to two platforms: Zoom and Skype.
- Zoom offers more features such as screen and application sharing, co-annotation on shared screen, white-boarding and session recording.
- Skype works better for one to one video calls.
If users already have subscriptions to other products such as Adobe Connect and WebEx, IT will provide technical assistance when needed.
