Incident Submission Form – For submission of incident reports regarding encountered issues, disruptions, or assistance troubleshooting across the following systems (Jenzabar CX, IBM Cognos, Data Warehouse, Symplicity, Terra Dotta, etc.) For desktop support, Audio Visual, OnBase, Sakai/Canvas, or account provisioning please continue to reach out to [email protected].


Smartsheet – The DSI team currently supports our Smartsheet Enterprise system. We support user licensing and provide guidance for content level permissions and sharing. We also direct users to free Smartsheet training via Smartsheet University.


Anthology Student Implementation WorkApp (requires login & access) – Smartsheet WorkApp is our Pitzer community dashboard for the Anthology Student Implementation Project Updates. Users can login and review the timeline, key updates, and submit any concerns or questions regarding the project. If you don’t currently have access, fill out the form below to be granted access.


Anthology Student Implementation Listserv (sign up to receive project updates) – This form is for our community members to be able to access the Anthology Workapp, but also sign up to receive community emails for updates on the Student Information System project.
