Our services include assisting with laptops, activating dorm room wired network ports, providing software downloads, and much more! Whether you’re a first-year student or a long-time faculty member, we will do everything we can to make sure your experience with the technology on campus is a pleasant one.
Getting Help
Information TechnologyService request portal (requires Pitzer login for advanced features and history) Completed form allows us to research and respond to your issues quickly, even outside of normal business hours.
OPTIONAL: Make an appointment with a Help Desk Agent, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Summer 4:30pm): in-person, phone, or remote
