About the Project

The Claremont Colleges (TCC) are currently in the process of implementing Workday Time Tracking and Absence (WDTT & AM) to replace Kronos timekeeping. The WDTT & AM project is a collaborative effort among all institutions owned by The Human Resources Committee (HRC), a group comprised of HR leadership from each institution. The implementation is being led by the Enterprise Business Systems Services (EBSS) team in TCCS with Workday in an advisory role, and in partnership with human resources at each institution.

All employees across TCC will be positively impacted by the implementation of WDTT & AM. Therefore, all institutions play a key role in the project’s execution and ultimate rollout. The following outlines the project’s TCC timeline, Pitzer-spricifc timeline as well as identifies the groups involved at an intercollegiate executive level as well as a Pitzer College level.
