Goldfarb was a former pitcher and team captain for University of California, San Diego and he played four seasons with the Tritons. He has 20+ years of extensive experience in most facets of baseball operations: player development, analytics, player evaluation, roster construction, scouting, contract negotiations, technology, infrastructure, etc.
