Strive 2 Thrive Programming
Strive 2 Thrive Programming is a mental health and wellness campaign aimed at increasing awareness, education, and support through outreach, events, workshops, campus-wide programming and peer engagement.
Programming includes a focus on the Eight Dimensions of Wellness. The Eight Dimensions of Wellness encompass emotional, spiritual, intellectual, physical, environmental, occupational, social, and financial wellness.
