Mail Services

The Mail Center accepts packages from the following shipping and delivery services: 
 

UPS, USPS, DHL, and Federal Express should be addressed to:

Door Dash, Uber Eats, or any other special delivery services should use the Mail Center address:

USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • USPS delivers mail between 12 and 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. 
  • It may take the Mail Center anywhere between 1 and 3 hours to sort the mail, depending on the time of year and mail flow.
  • Due to the large number of packages being delivered, letter mail is sorted last. 

UPS (United Parcel Services)

  • UPS arrives once a day. 
  • There is no set delivery time and depends on the time of year and the size of the load. 
  • The Mail Center also has a daily UPS pick-up. 
  • Packages must be packaged and addressed before being brought to the Mail Center. 
  • To guarantee for a package to be sent out on the same day, it needs to be in the mail center no later than 10 a.m.

FedEx (Federal Express)

The Mail Center supports three different types of Federal Express Services:

  • Federal Express Overnight
    • *FIRST OVERNIGHT: guaranteed delivery by 8:00 am. (This service will not benefit the students, due to the fact that the mailroom does not open until 8:00. This delivery is brought back at the 10:30 delivery.)
    • PRIORITY OVERNIGHT: guaranteed delivery by 10:30 am.
    • STANDARD OVERNIGHT: guaranteed delivery by 3:30 pm.
  • Federal Express Ground
    • Packages can take up to a week to ten days to deliver. 
    • Packages shipped through the Mail Center through this service do not go out the same day. 
  • Federal Express Home Delivery
    • This service is the slowest of all federal express services. 
    • There is not a delivery time given. 
    • Packages going out through this service do not go out the same day.

If a student would like to ship out through Federal Express and does not have a Federal Express account number, the Mail Center has blank forms that can be used to charge a credit card.

*Federal Express Overnight has a 3:45 p.m. scheduled pick up time. Anything that needs to be shipped by this service has to be in the Mail Center and ready to be shipped by 3:45 p.m.
