Important Dates & Deadlines
Paying for college is a multi-year commitment, and each academic year, you must submit the required documents by the appropriate deadline. Please also reference Student Account's Important Dates and the Registrar Office's Academic Calendar.

| March 2 | Returning Pitzer students must submit all financial aid requirements to receive an aid package in June. |
| June 27 | Last day to submit all financial aid documents in order for aid to appear on the first bill for fall |
| July 1 | Last day to submit ALL required documents. No aid will be awarded or adjusted after this date |
| July 11 | First bill for fall semester released through CASHNet - visit Student Accounts for details |
| July 25 | Last day to submit Self-Help Agreement in order for loans to appear on first bill for fall |
| July 31 | Last day to submit financial aid documents in order to qualify for work-study (returning students only) |
| August 11 | Last day to reduce your Meal Plan for fall - visit Meal Plans for details |
| August 15 | Last day to submit all documents to ensure aid is disbursed to your student account by the first day of classes |
| August 19 | Fall financial aid disbursed (paid) to Student Accounts; not all aid may be disbursed if documents are missing or incomplete |
| September 14 | Last day to add/drop a class for tuition or financial aid adjustment |
| September 15 | Last day to submit outside scholarship checks for fall Last day to submit Self-Help Agreement before work-study/loans are canceled Last day for returning students to submit a financial aid appeal for the fall semester Last day to submit the College Enrollment Verification for sibling(s) |
