Reminder: Deadlines for Sabbatical and Annual Reports
A reminder regarding deadlines for sabbatical and annual reports from the Dean of Faculty.
Dear Faculty:
I hope the fall 2024 semester is off to a good start. It is great to feel all the positive energy on campus. I write to bring your attention to the deadlines for sabbatical and annual reports and to ask that you submit any outstanding reports by the deadlines listed below or as soon as possible for overdue submissions.
- Tenured faculty annual report and CV due August 15, 2024. If you have not yet submitted these materials, please do so by September 13, 2024
- Tenure-track faculty annual report and CV due by the end of the 2nd full week of courses (September 13, 2024)
- Sabbatical reports are due by the end of the semester following sabbatical leave. For the 2023-24 Academic year, these are:
- Fall 2023 sabbatical reports due June 1, 2024
- Spring 2024 sabbatical reports due January 2, 2025
- Fall and Spring sabbatical reports due January 2, 2025
For convenience and to avoid materials getting lost in email, please use this submission form for your report (also available on the Calls from the Dean of Faculty webpage) This form includes material from the Faculty Handbook about the different reports (see Section V. Faculty Personnel Policies and Procedures) and will allow you to submit your report directly and with an option to receive a copy of your submission.
