CEC Student Reimbursements

5C students participating in Pitzer SRX courses and Pitzer students doing independent community engagement work can access funds through our CEC Reimbursement Form. 

• Mileage: If you are driving a personal vehicle, you must submit a mileage form as back up documentation. In your mileage documentation you must include the dates of each trip and a map for each location.
• Ground Transportation: If you took public transportation or rideshare, you must provide a clear receipt for each of your trips. This must include the date/time and cost of the trip.

• GAS IS NOT REIMBURSABLE

• Live Scan
• TB Testing- We recommend students utilize the Student Health Services (SHS) for quick and affordable testing

For all out of pocket expenses, you must complete the CEC Reimbursement Form and include a clear picture of your receipt.

Pitzer students are able to use their community engagement transportation allotment for approved community-based, community engagement, social justice orientated conference related travel. We can reimburse students for up to $200 of travel related expenses. If you are unsure if your conference fits our criteria, please reach out to CEC Office Manager, Jack Contreras.

Pitzer students using this funding must also complete a CEC Student Conference Outtake no later than 2 weeks after the trip has occurred.
