We Belong Together: Staying Connected Through Institutional Harm

March 24, 2023 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Please join us on March 24th, from 2-5pm for “We Belong Together: Moving Through Institutional Harm,” hosted in the Broad Performance Space.
All are welcome. Please register in advance, here! (bit.ly/webelong2gether)
For more information, contact Professor Barbara Junisbai: [email protected].
Come learn, practice, and be together, while we collectively explore barriers to transformative, liberatory change and work through how to build solidarity with one another  in the face of structural violence. Facilitated in collaboration with the Philly-based worker-owned co-op, Accountable History Network, this workshop will include nourishment and breaks, with plenty of opportunities for connection, reflection, and rest along the way.
This workshop was made possible by funding from the Claremont Colleges’ Center for Teaching and Learning and the Teaching and Learning Committee at Pitzer College. Professor Barbara will be teaching a new, student-centered, collaborative course in the fall on building a Community of Practice, and this workshop is a bite-sized introduction that will help inform the course’s framework.
