  1. Continued enrollment management infrastructure under the Strategic Enrollment Management structure chaired by President Strom.
  2. Development of integrations, data conversion, and Pitzer Hub for the new student information system, Anthology.
  3. Deploying a standardized and efficient process for handling project requests, aimed at reducing turnaround time, enhancing resource allocation, aligning with Pitzer strategic goals and improving overall operational efficiency.
  4. Focus on building new software solutions and platforms with independent technology architecture that enables business processes to remain portable, sustainable, and resilient regardless of changes in enterprise software vendors.
