Pitzer Campus Climate Survey 2025-26

Dear Pitzer College Community,

Pitzer strives to create a welcoming and inclusive campus community anchored in honest, engaged dialogue and mutual respect for every individual’s needs, abilities, and potential. To better understand and continually improve our campus climate, in the coming weeks we will undertake an anonymous campus climate survey of students, faculty, and staff.

The results will enable us to identify areas for improvement and develop programs and policies to increase inclusivity in areas where there are opportunities for growth. Likewise, where results show we are successfully meeting our community goals, we can enhance and replicate those successes.

You will soon receive an email with instructions for accessing the online survey, which opens February 2. We have set up a dedicated website to provide more information about the survey, answers to frequently asked questions, and contact information for any additional questions.

I hope that you will join in participating and supporting this important project. We need as many members of our community as possible to participate to generate meaningful and actionable results. Your voice matters, and your participation will help shape a more inclusive and supportive Pitzer for all.
