The Chronically Ill and Disabled Student Alliance collaborates with Strive 2 Thrive to put on a yearly sensory-friendly drag show with local LA performers.
We put in specific efforts to make the space sensory friendly including less stimulating lights, lower audio volume, asking attendees to limit strong fragrances, and providing alternative seating, earplugs, headphones, high-quality masks, sunglasses and fidget accessories.
Boba will be served, with allergen friendly options and clear labeling.
This event will be live-streamed and video recorded for those who cannot attend in-person.
