Bio
Hi! My name is Ava (she/her), and I’m a junior majoring in Neuroscience and minoring in Writing & Rhetoric. I’m super passionate about bridging the gap between STEM and the humanities to find thoughtful, humanistic ways to meaningfully articulate complex scientific inquiry. Outside of the Writing Center, I work as a Pitzer Advocate and behavioral research assistant at the Department of Natural Sciences. As a Writing Fellow, the most rewarding part of my job is helping students hone their own unique personal voices, which I believe makes their writing truly shine!
