Do you enjoy working with middle school students?! Have you ever wanted to be a campus tour guide?! Are you in an education-adjacent Social Responsibility Praxis (SRX) course? If so, please consider volunteering with the Promise Scholars program this semester!

The Community Engagement Center is looking for student volunteers to lead tours of campus and connect with 7th and 8th grade students from Ontario-Montclair School District's Promise Scholars program happening on February 13, February 20, a Friday in late March, April 17 and April 24th from 8AM to 2PM (you can sign-up in shifts).

If you are interested in assisting us with this project, please complete this form.

Also, if you have participated in Promise Scholar tours in the past, please consider signing up again!!
If you are not a Pitzer student but are enrolled in a course where this event might count for the course hour requirement, please know that we will also provide all volunteers with a training video and an information packet.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me, Community Engagement Center Program Coordinator Tim Lewis (tim_lewis@pitzer.edu), and I will be more than happy to provide additional information.
