For major projects, please email communications@pitzer.edu for a kick-off meeting to discuss overall goals and details.Production, Review Process, and FulfillmentFirst proof will be available a minimum of 10 business days from acceptance of your final content.* More time is required for major projects.An additional 5-10 business days will be added to the project timeline for any projects involving an outside printer.Once final content is received, any changes, additions, or modifications will delay the production timeline. All timelines are subject to change based on the scope and scale of your proposal.The first proof is for reviewing the overall project and providing editing feedback on the content, the second proof is to ensure all requested edits have been made, and the third proof is the final version of the project.Communications will provide final print-ready files directly to the in-house print center or off-campus print vendor. If working with an outside print vendor, please expect to review and approve an additional proof.* Note: Final content is all text and imagery that should appear in the project.
