Registration

This year, attendees may choose from several all-inclusive registration options that include all programming and meals.

  • Registration is available for the full weekend, Friday only, or Saturday only.
  • Early bird registration is open through April 8 at 11:59 p.m. PT, with regular registration closing on April 17 at 11:59 p.m. PT.
  • On-site registration will be available on Friday and Saturday.

Please note: You are not required to register for Alumni Weekend to attend the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. If you would like to attend the weekend's activities outside of the induction, join us by registering for Alumni Weekend*.

Broad Center, Performance Space
Check in and pick up your Alumni Weekend materials during registration hours, then swing by the Pitzer Store—open at the same time—to browse and grab your favorite Pitzer merchandise and exclusive gear.

3:30–5 p.m.
3C (Pitzer, Harvey Mudd, Scripps) Wine Tasting Reception (non-alcoholic options as well)
Brant Clock Tower Lawn
Join us for the 3C Wine Tasting Reception, bringing together the Pitzer, Harvey Mudd, and Scripps alum communities for an evening of connection and conversation hosted at Pitzer College for the first time. Enjoy a curated selection of wines alongside thoughtfully crafted non-alcoholic options in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

5–6 p.m.
Paint & Sip (alcoholic and non-alcoholic options)
Grove House Outdoor Classroom 
Join us for a relaxed Sip & Paint at Pitzer College, where creativity, conversation, and community come together in a welcoming space. Enjoy refreshments while you paint, unwind, and connect with fellow Sagehens in the spirit of Pitzer’s values of expression, inclusion, and community

5–7:30 p.m.
Dinner
Enjoy dinner your way by choosing from a variety of Storyteller’s food vendors or dining in McConnell dining hall. This flexible dining experience offers something for everyone while providing space to relax, connect, and refuel during the evening.

5–10 p.m.
Story Tellers Festival
The Mounds
The annual Storyteller's Poetry, Art, & Film Festival is an event hosted by Pitzer's Community Engagement Center, Alumni Engagement Office, Writing Center, and collaboration between students and community members to bring an evening of art, music, poetry, film, food and arts and craft vendors and more!

6 p.m.
Stories from the Inside: Tales of Transformative Education from our 5th BA cohort at CRC
McConnell Founder's Room
This gathering will highlight the voices, experiences, and creative work of our cohort as they share reflections shaped by their time in the program, their learning journeys, and their hopes moving forward. In partnership with the Storyteller's Festival, the event will center storytelling as a practice of connection, insight, and community-building.

Continental Breakfast Mixer Hosted by the Grove House Student Cafe
Brant Clock Tower Lawn / Grove House 
Kick off your morning at the Continental Breakfast Mixer, featuring light bites, coffee, and casual conversation. Reconnect with fellow alumni in a relaxed setting that sets the tone for a day of community and celebration.

8:30–10 a.m.
Mindfulness Activity Led by an alum
GSC Yoga Studio 
Join a calming mindfulness experience led by a Pitzer alum, offering space to pause, reflect, and reconnect. Through guided practices and shared presence, this session invites alumni to center themselves while engaging with the Pitzer community in a meaningful way. 

9–10 a.m.
Rise and Shine Yoga
Brant Clock Tower Lawn
Start your day with Rise and Shine Yoga, a gentle, all-levels session designed to energize your body and mind. Reconnect with yourself and the Pitzer community through movement, breath, and mindful presence to begin the day grounded and refreshed.

10:15–11 a.m.
Class Gatherings and Class Photos
Class Gatherings during Pitzer College’s Alumni Weekend offer a chance to reconnect with classmates, reminisce, and celebrate shared experiences in an intimate, welcoming setting. Come together with your class to catch up, strengthen bonds, and enjoy the spirit of the Pitzer community.

11:15 a.m.–12 p.m.
Campus Tours
Explore campus through the stories and perspectives of those who know it best. This special experience offers a blend of history, personal reflections, and alumni memories that bring Pitzer’s past and present to life.

Join us for the Celebration of Generosity, a meaningful evening honoring the volunteers whose generosity and service sustain the Pitzer community.

Join us for a Community Engagement Center & Inclusion and Justice Committee session, highlighting student and community voices and the impactful work made possible through the Community Engagement Center. This session showcases partnerships, stories, and initiatives that reflect Pitzer’s commitment to inclusion, justice, and community-engaged learning.

Alumni Awards & Dinner

Join us for Dinner & the Alumni Awards Ceremony, where we’ll honor remarkable alumni whose achievements embody Pitzer College’s core values, recognizing leaders who have made meaningful impacts in their communities, professions, and the world. The evening celebrates recipients of the Distinguished Alumni, GOLD (Graduate Of the Last Decade) Alumni Achievement, and Pitzer Award for Alumni Service.

7:15–8 p.m.
Celebratory Dance & Dessert Party 
Continue the celebration with a high-energy Dance Party, bringing the Pitzer community together to celebrate, move, and unwind.

8–11 p.m.
Live Music at the Grove House
Brant Clock Tower Lawn & Grove House 
Enjoy an evening of live music at the Grove House, featuring student and alumni performances that bring the Pitzer community together. Enjoy great music, joyful connection, and a festive atmosphere as we close out the evening.

Farmers Market
Enjoy a visit to Claremont’s Farmers Market, where local vendors, fresh produce, and handmade goods showcase the vibrancy of the city. Located along Harvard Avenue between First Street and Bonita Avenue

9–11 a.m.
Alumni Board Open Meeting
Join us for the Alumni Board Open Meeting, where alumni are invited to learn about current initiatives, priorities, and opportunities for engagement. This forum offers a chance to hear updates, share ideas, and stay connected to the work of the Alumni Board.

10:30–1:30 p.m.
Sunday Community Brunch & Student Mixer
Gather with current students and fellow alumni for Community Brunch & Student Mixer, a relaxed and welcoming meal to connect across the decades. Enjoy good food and meaningful conversation as we celebrate the spirit of community that defines Pitzer College.

10:30–Noon
Farewell Mariachi Brunch at Scripps
Enjoy a goodbye meal featuring a local women’s mariachi band. Make plans to keep in touch with old and new friends as the weekend comes to an end.  $35 per person to be paid at the door.
