Meet Alicia Diaz

Alicia Diaz is an administrative expert who excels at turning data into insights and managing events with professional finesse. As the Student Affairs Administrator at Pitzer College, she brings 13 years of higher education experience, combined with an MBA, to support and guide students on their college journey.

Alicia is dedicated to creating an enriching campus environment with a focus on relationship building. She has a strong background in operational services, data analysis, and event planning. 

Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially her fur-baby, Miso. She is passionate about baking, cheering for the Dodgers, Lakers, and Raiders, and tending to her garden. She is also a certified Zumba instructor and participates in marathon walks to support cancer awareness.
