Our mission is to meet the needs of Pitzer students through increasing accessibility to resources, creating community dialogue, and empowering students to explore what holistic health and wellness means to them.

How I practice health and wellness: taking time for myself when I need it, seeking support from others, journaling, yoga, and exercise.

Major: Public health with a concentration in gender and women’s studies/queer theory

I practice health and wellness by constantly checking up on myself, taking space away from academics for mental balance, and getting outside!

Major: International Intercultural Studies Major and Asian American Studies Minor

I see my friends at least once a day which helps ground me no matter if I had a good or bad day.

Pharmacy Runs

PHE Pharmacy Runs

PHEs will give you a ride to your local pharmacy in order for you to get you prescriptions filled or to pick up over the counter medications and other supplies. Pharmacy runs are biweekly- check out student talk for details.
