Health and Wellness Update: GI concerns and resources

February 1, 2022

Dear Students,

As a result of recent reports of gastrointestinal illness among some students, Pitzer is partnering with Student Health Services to further support impacted students and provide preventative care recommendations and resources for all students. Please read the update from the Director of Student Health Services, Dr. Prateek Jindal. In addition to providing information about symptoms, treatment, and prevention, Dr. Jindal notes that the reported cases do not appear to be related to COVID-19.

Pitzer continues to take these concerns very seriously. We will post this message, resources and subsequent updates on this Student Life page. Please review for latest information and support if you have been impacted.
