Course Development

Each semester, the RRC issues a call for courses with the goal of integrating the study of environmental issues throughout the curriculum. Professors are funded to create new courses, to incorporate a major project or projects into existing courses, or to include a unit on environmental issues, with the idea that funded courses will become part of Pitzer’s regular course offerings. Some of our most innovative and creative classes have come from this initiative, which spans STEM, humanities, arts, and social science fields. We are excited to incorporate additional classes from all five colleges moving forward. To apply, email [email protected]
