Pitzer Information Technology, in conjunction with Telephone Services office at The Claremont Colleges Services (TCCS), provides the hardware and service for staff/faculty telephone lines.
How to access the service:
Please contact our Help Desk when requesting a phone, adds/changes to existing phones, or for repairs.
Our department will attempt to resolve any phone-related issues first, and then we will contact CUC for assistance when needed.
When making a request, please provide as much information as possible, such as the extension and name of the user.
Please note that TCCS may require additional charges for some services, in which case our department will provide details for approval prior to the services being rendered.
