Service Description:
Cognos Business Intelligence is a web-based, integrated business intelligence suite by IBM. It provides reporting data from our student information system, CX, but can also be integrated with other databases. The software consists of several components to meet the different information needs of Pitzer College. Reporting is a powerful driving force in aiding to make informed decisions for many departments at Pitzer. Discovering trends, government reporting, and mailing lists are just a few examples of the ways these departments take advantage of this user-friendly access to information. Training, documentation, and report generation are available to Pitzer staff.
