The student-run Grove House has many kitchen positions including sourcing, baking, cash register work, food prep, barista work and more. The kitchen is gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian friendly with multiple options for those with dietary restrictions. The Grove House also caters on-campus events, clubs and meetings.


The bakers at the Grove House learn how to bake the traditional Grove House breads that include kalamatta olive, rosemary garlic, whole grain, ciabatta, banana bread and more. Other traditional baked goods include cinnamon buns, bagels, muffins, cookies and more. The bakers can also try out other baked goods and recipes.


The sourcing is student-run and provides great work experience for those interested in restaurant or food management. This position includes the responsibility of taking inventory of the food and supplies and working with local farmers to keep the kitchen stocked with daily produce and supplies
