  • How Does IDOC Work?

When a student submits the CSS Profile application, a corresponding IDOC account will be created. An email notification is sent to the student and parent email addresses reported on the CSS Profile with instructions and a link to the IDOC website.

The IDOC processing center will digitize all of these documents and send them electronically to Pitzer College’s Financial Aid Office.

  • Is IDOC secure?

The confidentiality of your personal financial information is very important to Pitzer College and the College Board. To ensure the highest level of data integrity, privacy and security, the College Board has implemented systems that include multiple firewalls with unique security zones, data encryption, intrusion detection systems, data and system backups and data integrity checks. You information will be stored in a secure environment, and will be communicated only to the Pitzer Financial Aid Office, and for applicants to Pitzer, the schools you have elected to submit tax documents to. The paper copies of your documents will be destroyed after the conclusion of the processing year.

The lock icon beside the address bar or at the bottom of the page means this website is using an encryption technology known as Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL. The URL of websites using SSL will begin with “https” instead of “http” indicating the secure connection. SSL software authenticates that the College Board is the owner of this site.
