Pitzer will be having it’s first ever Sustainable Design Panel. Led by speakers Jaimie Cloud of the Cloud Institute for Sustainable Education, David Levine of the American Sustainable Business Council, Laurel Hanscom of the Ecological Footprint Network, Lance Neckar of Pitzer College, as well as one more surprise community speaker from the Los Angeles area. The event will look at how we can design sustainable communities through the lense and perspectives of green architects, community justice advocates, as well as sustainability experts in business, education, and ecology. The event is open to the whole 5C community, and will be a great learning opportunity for both EA and non-EA majors.
