The Sagehens Getting Ahead –Career Planning & Strategies is designed to provide Pitzer students with the essential tools and strategies to explore career options, make decisions about their education and career field and connect their interests with the world of work. Open to sophomores, students will be exposed to resources and sessions that will allow them to dig deeper into their career goals. The program will allow Pitzer students to gain a better understanding of the job/internship search process, how to network with Pitzer alumni & professionals, and improve their communication skills when it comes to showcasing their accomplishments and skills. Introduction and overview of the Sagehen’s Getting Ahead Program. Students will learn about the format of the program, what will be covered in the sessions, the benefits of completion and will have an opportunity to meet the rest of the Pitzer students participating.
