Please join the Office of Study Abroad & International Programs to learn about Pitzer’s six-week program in Hue, Vietnam. This program includes an intensive course in Vietnamese, a core course that allows students to explore a variety of topics in Vietnam, including but not limited to the legacy of colonialism, war and conflict in Vietnam, health care, minority communities, political structures, women’s issues, and environmental issues; the opportunity to live with local host families and participate in an internship with a local non-profit organization. Halfway through the program, students will travel north for a one-week study trip to the booming city of Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, and the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Hạ Long Bay.
