To wrap up the celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, Pitzer’s Latinx Student Union will be hosting a Mercadito event this Saturday, 10/30, from 12 noon-2 PM at the Pitzer Clocktower/Mounds!
This event will be an outdoor market with a variety of local Latinx food and artisan vendors from the IE/LA area and PZ student vendors:
There will be pupusas, Oaxacan food, vegan empanadas, baked goods, aguas frescas, plants, Peruvian crafts, vintage clothing, jewelry, accessories, and MUCH MORE!
LSU has organized this event to highlight the talent, creativity and resilience of the Latinx community + our diasporas <3 Come out and support local vendors in our community!
This event is open to everyone (students, faculty, & staff) at the 5C’s; masks required.
