This talk will explore the intersection of Intuitive Eating, mental health, and social justice. The focus will be on how Intuitive Eating, disordered eating, and weight stigma impact mental health, as well as accessibility issues related to mental health and Intuitive Eating.
Becky Belinsky is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a private practice in Santa Monica. She specializes in eating disorders, body image, anxiety, and relationships, and is also a certified Intuitive Eating counselor. She is passionate about social justice in the eating disorder field and mental health.
