Industry Dinner Series: Careers in Healthcare/Public Health

Pitzer alumni, parents/family members, and employers from a variety of industries will discuss opportunities in their field. All are welcome. Pitzer students without a meal plan will be provided a meal in the dining hall

Tonight’s Speaker: Patricia Etem MPH – Regional Program Manager for Health Career Connections (HCC). HCC is a national non-profit that inspires and empowers undergraduate students, recent graduates, and HCC alumni, particularly those from under-represented or disadvantaged backgrounds, to choose and successfully pursue authentic healthcare and public health careers.

Some of the organizations’ interns have worked include the American Heart Association, Community Clinic Association of San Bernardino County, Harbor UCLA Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente, Los Angeles Free Clinic, Rady Children’s Hospital, South Central Family Health Center, White Memorial Medical Center
