Drop-In Mindfulness and Qi Gong

Every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month until 5/21

Mindfulness is non-judgmental awareness of the present moment.  No experience necessary. Open to all.

Scholarship suggests that mindfulness may impact executive functions (Teper et. al. 2013); stress (Krasner et al., 2009),  pain (Zeidan et. al. 2011) and implicit bias (Burgess et. al. 2017; Tincher et. al. 2016).

Led by Dr. Kathy Yep (UCLA MARC certified mindfulness facilitator, 20-plus year qi gong facilitator/practitioner)

Please bring:  intercultural understanding and humility; comfortable shoes, water, and compassion.
