Conversation with Mike Siegel, Democratic Congressional Candidate

February 25, 2021 @ 7:00 pm

Join a conversation with MIKE SIEGEL, the 2020 Democratic nominee for Congress in TX-10.

This Thursday February 25th at 7 pm, Mike joins us for a conversation about the uses of outsider activism and electoralism and about his experiences running for congress in oil country as a champion of the Green New Deal.

In his campaign this fall, Mike was endorsed by such social justice luminaries as Jim Hightower, Dolores Huerta, and Robert Scheer.

Screen Dolores Huerta’s endorsement of Mike here.

This conversation with MIKE SIEGEL is part of the “Energy and Humanity: Pasts, Presents, and Futures” seminar this spring (Anth/Hist 112), and is supported by the academic events fund of Pitzer College’s CLC.

This is your zoom link to join the conversation with MIKE SIEGEL on February 25 at 7 pm.

This will also be an opportunity to learn more about the immediate crisis of climate change unfolding tragically in Texas now.
