“Civic Change, Power, and Voice: Lessons From the Community” was conceived as a chance for students to learn from activists, scholars, and community organizers on the front lines of enacting change with an emphasis on civic action. We’ll be hearing from a wide range of speakers with diverse backgrounds, allowing a fuller picture of the various faces of civic responsibilities and opportunities students may pursue in community activism. This event was supported by Strategic Initiative Funds from the Campus Life Committee.
