We will listen to music, learn about how art and creativity can be healing for the body and mind, and come together to create our own art, focusing on affirmations, mental health infographics, zines, and any other art you may want to create. Bring your supplies, which can be as simple as paper and a pen or pencil, and come together with others to create something beautiful, therapeutic, and healing!
