Are you planning research involving human subjects? If so, your research project will need IRB approval to ensure it’s designed ethically. This process need not be intimidating, but it does require careful planning. This workshop will walk faculty and students through common mistakes to avoid and strategies to use when submitting their proposals for IRB approval. It’s designed for faculty and staff new to the IRB process and students enrolled in courses, conducting independent studies, or applying for fellowships that involve studying or interviewing people to produce knowledge. Please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org so we know how much pizza to order.
