#1 New York Times bestselling author Wednesday Martin, Ph.D., discusses elements of the elite subcultures she has studied, her bestselling books Primates of Park Avenue and Untrue, and her current research.
Dr. Martin is a feminist cultural critic and social scientist with a background in anthropology, evolutionary biology, and primatology. She writes about female sexuality, motherhood, parenting, and popular culture. Dr. Martin graduated from the University of Michigan and received her PhD from Yale University, where she studied the history of anthropology and psychoanalysis.
